Every venue gets 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. If you haven't picked a tier by the end, your account goes read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, but nothing updates until you choose one.

Any new lead that lands in your Sagena-connected inbox or is added to the system manually. Replies on an existing thread don't count, and neither do automated platform notifications.
Yes, 14 days, and no card needed. The clock starts when we set your venue up. Nothing is locked during the trial. If it ends before you've picked a tier, the account freezes. You and your couples can still sign in and see everything, but Sagena stops reading your inbox, drafting, and sending, and nothing can be edited. Choose a tier and it all carries on from where it stopped.
We won't cut you off mid-month. We'll reach out to discuss upgrading to the next tier, and we'll work with you on timing. There are no overage charges.
Yes. Upgrade anytime, prorated. Downgrade at the next billing cycle. Multi-venue customers can't downgrade below the number of venues active in the system.
Our first 25 venues across Solo, Growth, and Multi get 50% off their tier for 24 months, plus direct access to the team and influence on the roadmap. Capped at 25 venues or end of 2026, whichever comes first.
