Every tier includes all of Sagena: Sage, Intelligence, and the Portal. What scales is capacity, not capability. No per-email charges, no usage overages, no surprise bills.
From the day card plans open, every new venue gets 14 days free with no card. Until then, invited venues use Sagena free with no clock running. If you haven't picked a tier by the end, your account locks and goes read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, but nothing updates until you choose one. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where applicable.
Solo
For established single venues, owner-operated.

Pricing questions
Any new lead that lands in your Sagena-connected inbox or is added to the system manually. Replies on an existing thread don't count, and neither do automated platform notifications.
Yes, 14 days, and no card needed, from the day card plans open. Until then, invited venues use Sagena free with no clock running. The 14 days start on the day card plans open, or the day we set your company up, whichever is later. Nothing is locked during the trial. If it ends before you've picked a tier, the account locks. You and your couples can still sign in and see everything, but Sagena stops reading your inbox, drafting, and sending, and nothing can be edited. Nothing is deleted. Choose a tier and it all carries on from where it stopped.
We never block a lead, and there are no overage charges. You get a notice in Sagena, and we can talk about the next tier if you want it. Each couple counts in the month of its real inquiry date.
Yes, in Sagena's billing screen. Moving up is charged at once, for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period. Multi can't go below the number of venues active in the company.
Card payments are built and not switched on for venues yet. When they are, the venue pays the fee. A couple paying by card through Sagena means the money goes to your Stripe account less Stripe's card processing fee. If you'd rather the couple covered it, tell us and we'll switch that on for your venue. The fee then shows as its own line when they pay.
Our first 20 companies get 50% off whichever tier they choose (Solo, Growth or Multi) for 24 months, plus direct access to the team and influence on the roadmap. A company with several venues counts once. On Multi the 50% covers the plan and its five included venues; extra venues are full price. Capped at 20 companies or end of 2026, whichever comes first. The price is fixed for the 24 months. It is lost if you cancel, and not given back if you come back.
Yes. For larger groups, we offer custom annual contracts priced per venue, with unlimited venues, inquiries and couples and a dedicated account manager. Multi takes any number of venues at $289 a month for each one past five, but past that point an Enterprise contract may cost less. There is no list price. Get in touch and we'll scope it together.
